Jana L. Foreman, Associate Attorney

Ms. Foreman has been practicing law since 1996.  Jana graduated from South Texas College of Law after receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in both Political Science and History from Howard Payne University in 1993.  Jana was an associate attorney for the law firms of Palmos, Russ, McCullough & Russ, L.L.P., in Hearne, Texas, and Martin, Farr, Miller & Price, L.L.P., in Houston, Texas, before she found her home here.  Jana is presently the Executive Director for the Brazos County Dispute Resolution Center and teaches Business Law in the paralegal program at Blinn College.  Jana's dedication to family are evidenced by her strong marriage to her husband, Toby, and their two beautiful children, Grant and Ashton.

Linda Armstrong, Office Manager

Ms. Armstrong is retired from the State of Texas Attorney General's Office.  Linda's talents are many and varied.  Her gift of organization is used daily in the office.  Linda maintains all of the files, client accounts, accounts payable and attorney calendars.  She is an asset to the office and ensures that everything runs smoothly at all times.

Neeley Morgan, Client Liaison

Ms. Morgan's job as Client Liaison is keeping the client apprized of action in each case and informs them of any new developments.  She set appointments, reminds them of court dates, and basically phones them to "check in" with them, to make sure that their concerns will be addressed and the firm is kept up to date on events in the client's life.  Neeley is in constant communication with our attorneys on any matters relating to clients and their concerns, because she understands that sometimes the client may feel all alone in this very trying time.

Terri Allison, Legal Assistant and Word Warrior

Ms. Allison recently graduated from Blinn College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science -- Legal Assistant.  She handles all of our client matters and is very well versed in different aspects of family law litigation.  She does legal research, drafts all pleadings, prepares the file for trial, and is under the supervision of Ms. Borman.  She is in constant communication with our attorneys on any matters relating to the specific client case.

Karen Hanson, Discovery Legal Assistant

Ms. Hanson is a student in the Legal Assistant division of Blinn College.  She prepares discovery for contested litigation and has significant client contact with those clients responding to or issuing discovery.  She is also in constant communication with our attorneys on any matter relating to the specific client case.

Katie, Runner

Katie is currently a student at Texas A & M University pursuing a degree in business.  She runs any documents to the Courthouse for filing, picks up documents from other law offices, and picks up supplies.

Harvey, Chief Cat in Charge

Harvey the Cat came to our firm in March of 2002.  Ms. Borman rescued him from dogs and cars on Harvey Road in College Station.  Harvey has been with us ever since and runs the office.  He's the boss.

Like a well-designed machine, together we are greater than the sum of our parts

Well that pretty much sums up the people in our law firm.  Ms. Borman has each person on her staff assigned to each aspect of a case.  She once said, "Like a well-designed machine, together, we are greater than the sum of our parts."

Each one of us a cog in the machine; alone we can't do much, but together we run smoothly.  With this method, we are able to provide the client with a service no other law firm in Brazos County offers.
