After the free initial consultation, Ms. Borman can then provide an estimate of the fees likely in your case and can quote you a "retainer." The retainer is a deposit of money against which time charges are subtracted. Each case has a different retainer based on the specific facts and circumstances presented. 

This law firm requires retainers against which Ms. Borman bills at the rate of $175.00 per hour, her associates bill at $150.00 per hour, and her legal assistants bill at $60.00 per hour.
